What is an AI course creator?
An AI course creator is software that turns course details into teaching materials. EduFlow, the AI course creator we built for ISF Group, generates the session breakdown, presentation slides and student handouts together for maritime courses, mapped to IMO model courses and the target rank, so instructors spend less time assembling materials by hand.
The problem: 80+ hours to prepare one maritime course
Creating a maritime course meant pulling materials together, breaking the content into sessions, writing slides and handouts, and checking the course against IMO model course standards.
One course could take 80+ hours to prepare. That left instructors spending days assembling materials before they could focus on teaching.
What we built: EduFlow, an AI course creator for maritime training
We built EduFlow, an AI course creation platform for maritime training. Instructors enter the course details, and the platform generates the session breakdown, presentation slides and student handouts together.
The course is mapped to relevant IMO model courses and the target rank, reducing the need to check the standards manually.

The result: a full maritime course in about 2 hours
A course that previously took 80+ hours can now be prepared in about 2 hours. Instructors get the course structure, slides and handouts in one workflow, with course content mapped to the relevant standard.
- Weeks of work, reducedCourse preparation time cut from 80+ hours to around 2 hours.
- Three outputs togetherSession breakdown, presentation slides and student handouts.
