What is a revenue dashboard?
A revenue dashboard is a business intelligence dashboard that shows a company’s income, customers and sales in one live view, pulled from the tools where the data already lives, such as the payment platform, invoicing software and CRM. CareUp’s version also keeps historic trends and opens the invoice or customer record behind any figure.
The problem: revenue data spread across separate tools
CareUp’s business data was spread across different tools. B2C payments lived in one platform, B2B invoices in another, and leads and customer records somewhere else.
There was no single view of how the business was doing. To answer basic revenue questions, the owner had to open several tools and piece the numbers together by hand.
What we built: a revenue dashboard connected through APIs
We brought CareUp’s historic revenue and customer data into one dashboard, then connected the tools it already used through their APIs.
The dashboard brings together income, customers, leads, invoices, refunds and trends. Each figure can be traced to its source: an invoice opens in Moneybird, and a customer record opens in the CRM.
- Step 1:

- Step 2:
Stage 2ConnectLink payments, invoices and CRM through APIs.

Stage 3ViewShow key business numbers in one dashboard.
- Step 4:
Stage 4VerifyOpen the source behind each figure.
The result: an executive dashboard with figures you can check
CareUp’s leadership team can see revenue, customers and sales in one place, alongside historic trends. Instead of manually piecing the numbers together, they can check a figure and follow it back to the source.
- One clear viewRevenue, customers and sales shown together.
- Less manual reportingConnected tools feed the dashboard, reducing repeated data gathering.
- Historic contextReview trends over time, not just today’s numbers.
- Figures you can checkOpen the original invoice or customer record behind a number.
Built around the tools already in use: payments, invoicing and CRM integration
Payments, invoicing and CRM data are connected into the dashboard rather than asking the team to replace its existing systems.
